Where We Ship We currently ship within South Africa only.

Shipping Rates We charge a flat rate of R90 on all orders below a R1000 — no surprises at checkout.

Free Shipping Spend R1000 or more in a single order and enjoy complimentary shipping, automatically applied at checkout.Processing and delivery
Payment confirmation may take up to 2 business days. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. We then order the product from our supplier and arrange delivery to you. Please allow 8–11 business days from payment confirmation for the full process, including supplier delivery and Aramex delivery. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched via Aramex.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Aramex tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at turnellehair@gmail.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly
